    Try chalk paints, they are low VOC and come in eggshell finishes. Also some don't require primer

    I think the item in photo 5 is for turning fruit etc, you keep the turned item in it with pressure from the tailstock.

    Sounds like you've got one hell of a project there! Try uploading the images to Photobucket then posting the URL's here, no need to mess around resizing them then!

    Looking good. Use a skew chisel chisel for the outside and a side cutting scraper for the inside.

    Hi I have just had a biro leak its contents all over the top of our chest of drawers. I have managed to get off what hadn't soaked in with meths but does anyone have any advice on how to get the ink out of the wood please? Swmbo is not very happy! Thanks Mike
