Wow, this is the most impressive mobile saw mill I've ever seen...

I prefer my Alaskan mill which can plank up to a 42" dia log with my 880 or a 31" log with my 660. This is very limited to small planks and you would have to get logs delivered to you. My mills I can take to the tree and plank it on site. You still need to dry the wood of course in either case!

Nice bit of kit, although the width of boards is limited to the radius of the blade so no wide boards.

Actually it's not. Although you wouldn't know it from the design of the blade guard the saw can approach from either side of the wood meaning that the width is limited to the diameter of the blade minus the diameter of it's drive shaft.

That isn't much of a sawmill.

This is a mobile sawmill..... a small one......http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7j05JbgZk8
There is one Laimet of this type and an even bigger Kara Master that tours from village to village around here every spring sawing timber for local needs. They work fast enough to keep two offbearers busy at the back end and the sawyer and a sawyer's helper at the front end.
