Im guessing its going on a solid wall, I would get the cabinet up and level where you want it, drill 6mm holes, 5.5mm if the walls s bit soft, and wang t30 torx fixings straight through, some in the top, some in the bottom
The dewalt impact bits are rubbish, the normal ones in thr yellow boxes are better, the bosch ones are better again. Not tried milwaukee ones though, never seen any for sale.
Thats a pretty silly rule if you can't post live auction links, what's the idea behind it?? So less people see the auction, and things can be bought for less?? If people aren't willing to pay a fair price no matter who sees the auction then that is their problem. Very unnecessary rule IMO.
Sounds like its not far enough out to be a worry. I would use it and see how it goes. If its obviously not cutting square/straight then it is a problem....
With the £40 for postage on top of the cost for the sheet and manufacture, the price would be a bit steep for me. Could you get cheaper postage if you cut the sheet in half so it could be hinged in the middle?
Nice work, just a thought though my gun cabinet is bolted to the floor and walls, is his? or is it floating for you to be able to get that plinth section under??
