    Fixing router plate!!

    I have an MV12v...and made a 3/8" acrylic plate to insert to a table top...will the weight be sufficient to hold the unit in position or will it need to be fastened? Thanks for any advice.

    Having just restored my Lenovo desktop to factory conditions because it was sluggish (and saved all my work etc!).. my windows email won't start up!! The icon is showing on clicking the start button, but nothing happens when clicked!!? Running win 7. Help..anyone!

    Extension flue fitting...

    I need to extend the flue from my Unica 28 HE combi which is at the moment protrudes about 12" below my carport roof. ..condensation is the problem with water dripping from the pvc roof sheeting. Am I allowed to do this job, or do i need to have it fitted by Gas Safe? Thanks for any advice.

    Routing a mortice..which bit?

    Is it absolutely necessary to use a special 'plunge' bit for routing a mortice? ...ie: where one of the cutter blades crosses the centre of the axis in order to 'scoop' out the middle of the 'cut'! ...have I described the correctly?

    I understand your thoughts craigy, but whilst cross cutting, I usually apply pressure with fingers forcing the timber to be cut, back onto the guide face , using this Incra fence it follows that it would want to tilt in order to make full contact with the face of the guide/fence! ..at the same...
