    You can manually walk a baos up a trailer ramp.... we did it. i wouldnt like to even attempt to get it in a pickup back though. even with a telehandler i think itdd be a squeeze.

    2 coats wet on wet (tacky), otherwise the second coat can melt the unset first coat, causing it to crackle.

    The sash horns are there as a decorative feature, but also practically to make a strong joint of the meeting rail/stile. Without horns you need a dovetail joint there. Im interested to see some finished pictures up

    I use an end grain sealer on mdf edges now, iirc kodrin wv456, but dont hold me to the numbers....about £10 a litre but much better than pva.

    i would personally use osmo uv oil, and if added protection is required, and a slight colour change from natural is ok, a microporous stain beforehand, such as IIRC ..... sikkens hls, Country colour, sadolin clasic etc..

    Yes sorry, The gasket fittings are sold with the purpose of not needing to be taped, and also having smooth edges in the description, They self seal, but when you cut the spiral tube and rivet it to a fitting the cut edge of the tube is still exposed as the fitting is the female component, so...

    The rough part of spiral ducting is the cut end of the tube... which looks like it will be still exposed as they are male fittings.....Therefore still needs taping... there pretty useless at that point imo.

    I bought a set of 5 tools and three batteries in September 2011, And i haved love the tools every time i have used them, the drill is very powerful and light, the torch was bright, impact fantastic, batteries lasted well, saw is sooooo handy etc etc... so you can imagine my shock when within one...
