    Best paint for ...

I agree with Zinsser permawhite being thin. Personally I'd just go and get a top quality trade white emulsion from the paint specialist anything of crown/leyland/ dulux etc.

Do you reuse paint brushes and rollers?

Often clean brushes. Rarely keep rollers long. A few cleans and the chucked - only £1.50-3 each.

I agree with you. Its all very well singling out self employed as universal tax dodgers but its just not the case. We don't get 28 days paid holiday, sick pay etc and we still pay tax if our business makes a loss. And generally longer hours

    Coronavirus

Yes there is a shortage of some niche products and some products typically bought in smaller quantities have spiked. There is however plenty of wheat in the world and this country. This is different to the scaremongering of a "food shortage" which people have been going ott on. Are you unable...

    Coronavirus

Because panic buyers had caused a temporary distribution shortage whereby people could not get everything they wanted when they wanted and this lasted about a week. The food is there, the distribution system system wasn't prepared. All of a sudden people were making purchases of things they...

    Coronavirus

Not at all. I've told you its a serious disease and recognise it as so. I expect 15k people will die of it in the UK. However largely despite the media circus (remember they want to keep you clicking) the overwhelming majority of people are doing what they asked and it will slow the virus. The...

    Coronavirus

I do mind (although the portion of people doing this would be miniscule) but I certainly wouldn't be saying they need to be killed by a stranger for doing it.

    Friendship vs Greed

When you go to the shop - keep moving, have you list, don't cough on people and do it quickly. The chances of significant viral load are pretty damn low

    Friendship vs Greed

Is Lons really elderly and vulnerable or is he quite capable of holding a shopping basket? Must be astonishing he can even do any woodwork if he is unable to go shopping for food. I am pretty sure Govt said to continue shopping for food with the appropriate precautions As all supermarkets and...

    Friendship vs Greed

I wasn't even in the country when the panic buying was going on. So I definitely didn't do any. Don't be bothering with click and collect/ delivery at the moment that is fuelling the problems. Put some nitrile gloves on and go in and buy a basketful of goods that will keep you and your family...
