Had a similar problem recently. Bought a load of Elm which turned out to be mainly Beech, so virtually useless to me. Complained to the seller who couldn't care less and havn't heard anything from ebay :(

This is a commercial seller which states in their terms and conditions that the buyer can not cancell once theyve commited to purchase, so seems a bit off that theyre doing exactly that :evil: after Id paid

As Noel says very few people would be inclined to send a chisel back for grinding. I did however send some specialist turning chisels back to Sorby that I bought off ebay and the previous owner had damaged the shaped ends of. They did them foc and didnt even charge me for the return postage...

Fred Dibnah could of had that down with half a dozen pit props and a couple of old tyres and still had time to climb a steeple :lol: :lol:
