I find I use a table saw for most of the things I do, but a band saw for me is needed also to cut thicker boards. So depends on timber you are going to use.

Then you need somewhere to store all the hardwood timber boards, one board can be a cubic foot, and it needs floor space!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I needed to have had a colour applied before delivery. Some rearrangement to be done but I think my machinery workshop days are numbered most probably will reconsider selling off in the near future. Purely age related, nothing serious.

An interim report on new roof for my garage/workshop.. The frontage rebuilt with two concrete lintels above door frames only, very expensive, £1400incl vat. I had to accept the price quote owing having to match up for roofing slot by roof contractor. Not a perfect job in my opinion, one lintel...

Thanks Discostud and all. Since cleaning out the dust and doing the misconfig the PC home built (but a neighbour, but gone) is now running as good as new again. Staying with W7 pro. unless I am given a good reason to change.??????????? The wife as w10 on her laptop and still moans she misses...
