    Pete, apart from the plinth it breaks down into flat panels albeit with a baton on the back edge, I will try to remember and take some pictures as I dismantle it, it will explain better than words. All the shelves are on pegs the outer ones are for Cd's so need not be adjustable hence no spare...

    Yes Steve same sort of thing as Corian, you bond with a special two pack adhesive that's colour matched to the material it gives a very near invisible join.

    Thanks, I don't think so, they are regular kitchen door type hinges so Nickle plated, the difficult bit was finding some that would work with a door only 12mm thick.

    I've had that before too, just the occasional piece that really stinks usually a bit greyer and woolly, I'd just assumed it was a rouge species that gets mixed in in error.
