    Rob Cosman's online workshop Superb!!

Hi Grayorm, yes, that's the subscription page I was referring to and linked, which I had obviously seen...........clearly showing an option to purchase a "Power tools only" subscription. The point I am making is that this option is not described anywhere on the site? The "hand tools only"...

    Rob Cosman's online workshop Superb!!

Sorry, I am probably being pedantic here, but nowhere, in this thread or on Robs site does it mention a Powertools only version...there is hand tools, and hand tools and power tools combined on the home page. That's what I am talking about. But if you look here...

    Rob Cosman's online workshop Superb!!

Sure....so what's included in the "Power tool" section? No description anywhere..... The one I would go for is the combined version, as much as I would like, I don't have the time to dimension stock by hand.......

    Rob Cosman's online workshop Superb!!

I may be being a bit dumb here, but on the home page it says there is 2 choices, hand tool and hand & power tool combined. However on the subscribe page, the choice is: Hand tool, Power tool, or hand and power tool..... can any users shed light on this? Its not cheap, but I must admit I am...

    A tear jerker

Agree, it was a great article. I have nothing but the highest respect for those guys, no matter the political rights or wrongs of the war, they are there on the ground laying down their lives and limbs and we should accord them the highest respect and honour for that.

    Into motorbikes?

    Japanese Saws

I have a good mixture of all types of saws, from Adria, Two lawyers and several old E bay restorations as well as Japanese. I have to say, my Dozuki is the saw I use most often and get on with the best. Not sure why, but it seems to cut easier, straighter and more accurately than the others. And...

Hand planes, are they worth it?

There is no doubt that you do not have to spend a fortune to get a decent plane, especially if you prepared to do some fettling (and perhaps invest in a hock blade or similar.....). But, you will absolutely notice the difference between that and the £400 lie nielsen......I think that every bit...
