    Goodbye and thank you!

Thanks @Johnnyboy I found teaching personally very rewarding but very demanding on time, needing to schedule and commit 18months ahead can be challenging. I found it much easier in my 40s and early 50s, I need a little more time now to recover and fit everything in. Cheers Peter

Thanks @Yojevol I do enjoy to shake it up a bit every few years, luckily Sarah has always been very supportive. Maybe as my busy mind moves onto a new project she is relieved I wont be bugging her :) I hope your move goes well. Cheers Peter

An introduction to the Overhead Router

We had a couple in the college workshop I used to run, one pin version like yours and the other had a moving milling table. Both good bits of kit but can bite and be quite dangerous in untrained hands. Used a lot in the past for chair making and curved component copying. Cheers Peter

Can you adapt a fixed base dedicated AUK router to UJK Axminster router lift

Well done Laurence and Brian for making it work! One of the advantages of the round router in a lift is that no collet extension needs to be used, I suggest you remove the extension and just use the cranked spanners. If you need any extra ring inserts check out JessEms as Axminster borrowed the...
