    Forget the floor its difficult to do after construction for the walls and roof you need insulation with foil backing to stop water vapour passing through it or insulate between studs then apply a vapour barrier which is usually boarded over for protection and looks.

    Watts= Volts x amps ok for rough calculations . 2000w = 240 x ? so its 8.3amps which is no problem. 3120watts is your max .Note also 1 horse power is 746watts. Any conversions just put in google.

    Not a electrician but the dist. box has the capacity to feed 4 three phase supplys extendable and as one 3 phase is three single(240v) lots of 240v. At the moment looks like switches for 2x3 phase and 2x240v it needs sorting out lots of safety issues i would make it a priority.Money to be saved...
