Thirty years ago I built a 30 foot steel yacht which we had for just a short time and then sold her due to work commitments, family and all the other usual stuff.
Now the child bride has just found the boat listed on TradeMe, our local sale and auction site. There were lots of pictures accompanying the listing which she was delighted to see, until she got to the photo of the galley that is. There sitting on the stove was her all time favourite saucepan that I'd forgotten about during handover to the new owner. A decades long mystery solved and I'm not in her good books just at the moment.

My favourite 12" cast iron steak pan got "forgotten" when we moved house as my wife couldn't lift it with one hand. More annoying, possibly, was that I only paid 50p for it at a car boot.
