Sawstop at Ax.
https://www.axminstertools.com/saws...utm_content=2266&tagrid=69010582&glCountry=GB

So Axminster tools has been my preferred choice as suppliers, which makes it easy for me(account and all that)

Now just the flip-up on whether the compact, or the jobsite pro. The pro has the option where it can be given a home and keep my floorspace for utility

TIP: Axminster can chop and change, so if buying one from there, I think sooner rather than later, for the Ax continence.

TIP2: Saw on a vid, that if you take the 2 handles you use to move it around, and orientate them upwards like those rest bars at the back , it has a smaller footprint in that the top doesnt stick out as much.

I asked this question on the other thread and one of our members saw it at Harrogate and gave some decent feedback on the differences between the 2 saws .

Sawstop demo and thoughts

Interesting to read their advertising copy.
No mention of the sawstop tech at all in the feature list on the first screen's worth of that ad.
I started to wonder if it was just a bog standard small saw.
Skipped to the bottom and started to read back up, still nothing, then found it as the first photo feature in the middle.

Hiding their light under a bushel :)
