Workshop space in London

I'm looking to rent workshop space in North London, not more than £125/week. I'm having a lot of trouble finding something, although I'm sure there must be plenty of space out there.

Does anyone know of anything or know someone who does?

When i was searching for a workshop i looked on gumtree, there were loads of workshops in north london! but none down south... anyway worth a try!
