Hi Matt,

I did mention this, but i guess they have to stick to the "its a 16amp machine" line in the store.

Did you wire a new plug, or get an adapter type thing?

Just snipped off the 16a plug and wired a normal 13a. When researching it, a couple of people said that when turning on the saw it tripped the RCD, but most (me included) have never had a problem.

Thanks, I'll take the risk and just get an adapter as well.

I think I need to measure up the workshop in more detail to work out whether to get the smaller extractor or not.
