Work Bench Tough Finish Recommendations

I am knocking up some work benches which will be topped with eucalyptus plywood they are just general workbenches around the perimeter of the shop. So what product to protect and seal the tops to protect from general wear and tear spills knocks etc I am considering the below

pour wipe about, leave for 30 mins wipe of with clean cloth.

Spray on a coat or 2 of sanding sealer. All you really want is to stop it from staining easily and to be able to scrape off any glue with ease.

An oil finish without a doubt. I used polymerised Tung oil on mine.
