My woodrat has the newer plastic type angles, (against which the cam clamps work). They're covered with non slip tread tape. The right hand, cutter position clamp works fine.
However...anything clamped in the left hand, mark position clamp, always seems to creep a few thou away from the rail, no matter how much you put your fingers behind and pull things tight. This causes problems when working bigger stock on the mortice rail. Can this be cured by some crafty fettling? Suggestions gratefully received!
