hi im currently makeing rabbit hutches the ply im useing is 6mm birch ply i have got these to a fine art exept for 1 thing ,which is the cutting of the ply i have tryed sevral ways but i have found the best way is to mark out my ply then cut out all my pieces sides back roof ect surely there is an easier way like jigs of some sort could anyone help thanks in advance

With 6mm ply I guess you could try cutting several of the same piece at the same time - stacked. You'd need to make sure they did not move.

As an aside... 6mm ply does not sound substantial enough for a rabbit hutch. My rabbits are already knawing the best way through some 6mm I used to make a sleeping hut for inside their hutch.
