wine rack bottle rest

does anybody know of a supplier of this sort of turned wooden bottle rest for a wine rack? we have had this rack in the kitchen for 30+ years and now I want to add another so it would be nice for the rests to match

Given the plethora of wine rack designs, I think your chances of finding specific turnings of this design and size are approaching zero.
They look to be made of Radiata Pine so probably an import of sorts. and the product of some form of mechanised turning.
If you had a lathe then the way forward would be to do it yourself, otherwise you will probably have to find someone who does and who will do it for you.
