Hi,
I am just about to start making some simple window frames for my new workshop.
I have 2 double glazing units that measure 51cm by 99.5cm.
The frame I am making from Kiln dried oak I got cheap from ebay. The windows will not open.
My question is how much larger should the inside of the frame be compared to the glass? I thought 5mm in both directions but I am not sure - that would give 2.5mm all round clearance.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
