As for human rites you are spot on.therefore could you explain why there has been lots of football fans been jailed for religious hatred through songs sung also for inciting a riot through singin songs ? But Abu can do both through his speaches to the public in a public place

Which songs? I assume you mean ones which allegedly have some sort of sectarian meanings. Or racist chants like "England fans reported for 'racist abuse' of Ferdinand brothers"

Besides I thought we were talking about rights, as in the right to be tried in a court of law with the presumption of innocence until your guilt has been proven, as opposed to freedom of speech.
