Whitehead thicknesser

Hi I recently purchased a whitehead thicknesser as I didn't want a Taiwanese machine. I have not been able to find out any info on this machine. As I am located in new zealand and they are fairly uncommon. I was hoping that someone here had experience with these machines and could give me some general info. Or if there are any common problems with these machines. Thanks

I am in the process of tearing it down as the infeed pressure bar is not straight I think it had some type of kick back incident which damaged the bar I will get it machined and then the setup begins haha. Will post some pics when I get a chance
