Hi

I’ve recently completed a whiskey cabinet that is going to be a Xmas gift for my brother

It’s quarter saw oak, from the quarter sawn oak company, with walnut panels

Well those shelves are for glasses but are removable, but he might have to drink straight from the bottle then

Though I could get him a straw too!

Lovely work, but I should point to towards "the drunken duck" in the Lakes. They used to be able to serve you a different whiskey for every week of the year.
I'm sure there must be a pub or two with one for every day of the year :)

What bourbon? I see two whiskys!
Nice cabinet. I especially like the textured door pulls.
I like the chunky door pulls, proper design consideration, for when you have got a good way through one bottle and decide to try the other one.
Don't want to be faffing about with some little bitty thing, need a handle you can see and get hold of when hand eye co-ordination may have become sub optimal :)
