Which chuck key ?

Is there any way to tell which chuck key a Jacobs chuck requires.
Its on a Startrite pillar drill so not new

Measure the pin diameter and count the teeth.

Or buy one of the cheap 4 in 1 things from eBay. It will be useless but the one I had was marked with sizes on it. Then buy a better version of the one that fits.

Depends what model it is. I've two Startrite Mercury drills and they have a Jacobs No33 chuck. Checking on line it seems to be a K32 key for this chuck.
