I use a Bostich 18g 15mm to 50mm bradder an ebay special no make 15g (never missed a beat) and a Bostich FW28 clipped head nailer 50mm to 90mm...

Unfortunately there's no gun that does it all but ebay is a good source for new used guns I bought the Bostich bradder new for £30 and the Bostich FW28 for £119 it was on a display stand but never used...

I use a small Bostich compressor which runs them all very well... I have a large compressor for other jobs.

A bit of feedback never goes amiss so...
Today I bought a Bandit from Machine mart they threw in a hose not rubber but the woven see through one, it's lighter for me and remember I am not giving it professional grief. This was after much deliberation about whether to get a 24litre oiless one to possibly spray with, but I think I'll stick to hand finsh with brush for now.
The gun I choose was a 18 gauge 15-50 Makita 505 from D&M

I have always been impressed with Makita gear and this seemed a fair price and I had some discount due anyway. The gun in the bandit is a spare and may get used for staples. I was very tempted by the Rutlands kit.

but the price went up £20 whilst I was making my mind up :)
Matt thanks for that link nearly went for it but the 18g wouldn't do 50mm and I am not sure I need a 16g ...yet :)
Thanks to all for help.

I just got a sale catalogue thru from www.itslondon.co.uk they are having a 5 day sale from Monday and I noticed a Dewalt 18 gauge bradder with a compressor for half price at £149 sounds like a bargain.

I just looked and could not find it on their website only a finish nailer kit but I am sure if you rang them they would confirm it.
