Where to sell a woodworking bench?

I would really appreciate some advice please. Back in 1995 I bought a superb Lervad woodworking bench. Time, business and other considerations mean it has been sitting, unused, for all these years and now I would like to sell it.

I have looked at eBay but there is nothing similar listed, and nothing at all from Lervad. Could anyone possibly suggest a suitable place to advertise it?

Thanks for your suggestions. A trade magazine sounds good. Is there anywhere here I can advertise it? I couldn't see a buy/sell or trading section, and I don't want to break the forum rules.

I'm not sure I understand why you can't list it on eBay?

Of course you've just advertised it here. Pics and more details would help.

You could also list it in the Woodworking Magazines but you'd have to pay for this.

Thank you for your words of welcome. I haven't really advertised it here, I have just mentioned it, the ad would have far more detail. I have looked at eBay and there is nothing by Lervad listed, and not many woodworking benches at all, which makes me think it won't be a good medium through which to sell.

Yes, I thought that might be the case. It's exactly why I have asked for advice on where to sell, rather than trying to sell here! (Which does of course mean someone here could miss out, but that's not something for me to try to influence, it is my duty to stay within the rules...)

Yes I did think that. So your best bet is the woodworking mags. I'd start with Furniture and Cabinetmaking, which tends to attract the odd commercial woodworker more than the others. I have no idea what this costs, but at least you know it's reaching woodworkers.

Tho I'm still not sure why you won't put it on eBay? Just because there aren't any on there doesn't mean it won't sell. Just put a reserve on it.

You might also approach Nick Gibbs (a member here) and see if it could go into British Woodworking. I've had a little experience of Lervad benches some years ago and if memory serves they're good solid units - Rob

If you have a good idea of it's worth you could put in Ebay's classified adverts, (keeps the costs down). As Ebay charge a fee for items with a reserve if the items doesn't sell. (don't ask how I know this )

If you are in Bucks, Friday-ad used to get quite good results when I needed to sell stuff before moving up here.

I'd be interested in seeing pics and price. Rules are for bending after all unless, of course, someone just joins to sell/market a succession of tool sales.

Many thanks for the replies, and apologies for the delay in posting but I have been clearing the area so that I could take some photos. The workbench is a Lervad 607 33 83 Multi Woodwork Bench 607-CU with quick-grip front vice no. 52-E and storage cupboard plus metalwork top cover. There is also a wood block vice on the side.

This was bought in 1995 and has been assembled, but has not been used. Condition of the unit is excellent. There is some rust on the handle of the front vice as this was stored separately.

Original cost was £927 (US$1,490). I have the invoice and all original documentation. Any idea of current value would be very much appreciated as I’m sure there are many experts here, something I am not! Photos below as requested, with and without the metalwork top:
