Where to buy wood veneer in small quantities ?

I am about to start a decorative veneering project just for the fun of it. Can anyone please recommend a good supplier ? Ideally one that is easily accessible from south west Kent and that will let me go and browse. Failing that, a good mail order supplier. The nearest suppliers to me, in East London, all look as though they sell huge quantities to trade customers, I am not sure if they will welcome a random bloke with only a few bob to spend. Thanks.

For just a bit ebay is fine but otherwise try capital crispin in East London.

For small quantities I have bought from https://www.craftveneers.co.uk/ Very helpful.

Capital Crispin is worth a visit if just to marvel at their stock. They will sell by the sheet - some suppliers will only sell by the bundle ... but a sheet maybe more than you have in mind if looking for a small quantity.

Ebay sellers have variety packs - a dozen or so sheets about 10x8 ins from memory - for just a few pounds.
