Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong place but its a bit confusing for me as to where to put it.
Ok where to start, well 48 yrs old, and used to do a lot of woodwork when younger, had to stop due to Asthma and kept coming up in weird rashes ( never got to the bottom of that one apart from using various creams ). Lately I took up beekeeping as such so joined the local association and then we get to where this really starts. I needed to make some beehives and yep, I went and got bitten by the bug once again, I couldn't get it out of my head all the things I could make and used too and how I missed it over the years.
So I went into my work room as I laughingly call it. Then I walked back out again feeling very depressed. Dangerous, a mess and a laugh.
See pics.
The room is a small 9x7 old coal shed attached to the rear of the house.
Now look at the rear garden.
I bet you can't guess in a million years what I want in it.
So I went throught the forums looking for advice on planning etc and guess what, I'm now so confused as to think .... why start what will never be allowed or will cost me a fortune I don't have.
This week I will hopefully be adding a perfrom thicknesser from axminster to my collection. Sadly my wife may not be too happy with this as the kitchen gets used when I want to do something.
I am also rather annoyed with my table saws rip fence, I want a better one but can't find one anywhere or in fact a place to get the t-slot aluminum to build one.
My favourite tool is my Trend router, although I do have a cheap B&Q one in a table top it came in. So I scrounged a trend table top I was going to put into a home made cabinet, but now I'm not sure.
So there you have it.
Point of this post?, just to say hello and share my misery with all those of you who posted their workshops and make me feel more depressed and drooling.
