I am getting the same problem. Having looked at the details for their domain registration I would hazard a guess that they forgot to renew their domain name on the 29th July and their DNS entry was pointed to this holding page by their registration company. Their entry was updated today and they appear now to be registered up to 29th July 2007. It takes a while for DNS changes to ripple through the system so whether or not you are gettin the holding page or the Rutlands site would just depend on who provides your DNS.

I got an Email from Rutlands yesterday about specials but could not view any of them because of this name registration problem - may be it will work tomorrow.

Rutlands have just sent out an email flyer saying it was all the fault of customers with dodgy ISPs....Nothing to do with Rutlands. They've also got a new / extra domain rutlandsonline.com just in case.
