I am waiting on a load of 9 to 18mm ply to arrive from the cnc router shop. I have a few internal corners that will have a small rad, what is the best way or removing these? I am thinking a new pull saw, but there are just so many to chose from online.

thanks

The usual method of cleaning up a rounded corner left by a router in such things as mortices is the application of a sharp chisel. Chop the bulk out, then pare to a nice finish and square corner. Sawing, however fine the saw, always leaves some rag at the back of the cut and a less than smooth finish.
