What is this and where can i buy one?

I need to make a new Acoustic Guitar Bridge and thought this looks just what i'm after.
Has anyone seen one of these drill attachments before (being used here to thickness the bridge) .
If someone knows where i can buy one id'e appreciate it very much

Have seen something similar somewhere on the web but can't find it for the moment unfortunately.

A hand plane and a rasp or file would do it very easily though......

Its a "wagner safe-t-planer" You can get them from Tilgear, unfortunately Tilgear do not have a proper web site but contact them for a catalogue.

If you google for it there are plenty of results.
