What would be the best glue to use for projects like Chopping boards & Bread boards.

I would think we are looking for a waterproof and food safe glue.

Have any of you made stuff like this before.

TIA

I made a chopping board out of end grain ash last year, glued with TB3 and finished with Chestnut food safe oil. All still in one piece

Titebond II, should meet your requirements I should think.

Yep, Titebond II is also rated as 'food-safe' and, in the right conditions, you only need to clamp it up for half an hour. :)

Type I and Type II water resistant, anyone know what this means.

Type 1, the yellow stuff is definitely not water resistant - Rob

Rob, in the description of the glue it describes it as

Titebond II - First one-part wood glue to pass ANSI Type II water-resistance
Titebond III - Passes ANSI/HPVA Type I water-resistance

Sorry, the original question wasn't very descriptive.
