What are these ?

They look like gun barrel cleaning tips. They hold a patch of cloth you run up and down the barrel.

If they are jags, I've never seen any like them. It looks difficult to attach the cloth patch on the top, as usually you have a piercing tip or a blunt "grippy" tip but not a threaded part. The central diameter looks weird as well, too narrow - maybe it's an ancient jag, but it does look like a connector of some sorts.

Searching google I found this referred to as a brass cleaning rod, but no mention for cleaning what. However, they were on a site that specialised in vintage guns so looks like @Inspector is spot on

I must be too young, then! never seen vintage rods/jags, but these jags look exactly like the one the OP posted Kudos to @Inspector for having identified them immediately.
I was more familiar with cleaning jags like these ones:

I used to shoot a Parker Hale replica of the .577cal Enfield 1853 Musket for fun. I remember a lot of the blackpowder guns and accessories from the reading I did then. They looked very much like some of the jags I saw. If I lived out of sight of the highway I'd pull the musket out and harass the prairie dogs that are poking holes all over the property.
