Agree with linseed but best dilute about 50/50 with white spirit and apply warm, about 50C.
 
I've been using the T-9 spray for a couple of years now and its ok but not as good as I hoped plus its about £20 a tin

Smuch the same white spirit / turps substitute as far as I know (could be wrong). Real turps is good, not least cos it smells nice.
Basically a lot cheaper and more effective than all the other options suggested so far.
 
White Spirit is manufactured to a B.S. number - turps. sub. can be anything. I practice of course it's probably often the same thing, but for paint dilution - stick to white spirit.
