has anybody had one or any views on the price etc and any spec on it? I dont have 3 phase so would use a VDF on it...if thats possible? Thanks

I wondered what the yellow flat plate is for at the back of the fence?

Tradesman range was imported from Brazil oddly. Not really wadkin as such.

It’s to cover the cutter block when the fence is in the forward position.

The large square yellow plate? I see the narrow yellow cutter block cover like most planer thicknessers have. But not seen one with a square extra plate

If you click on the second photo, there is actually a video of the machine which clearly shows a square yell plate behind the fence.

It looks like the large yellow plate is attached to the back of the fence and will cover the spinning cutter-block as the fence is moved across the bed.
