I was nagged a few months ago into buying tickets to some dinosaur puppet show that was advertised on TV. All I can remember noticing at the time was the price - £120 for SWMBO, Dan jr and myself!

Anyway, today was the day, and I have to tell you it was absolutely fantastic!

You know the scene in Jurassic Park with the T Rex taking the guy off the dunny? Well this was just like that but right in front of your eyes. I cannot even begin to work out how they did it but they did!

If you get the chance to see this I would leap at it - don't worry about the cost; it's worth it!

Cheers

Hi Brad.

I saw that advertised on the TV, and thought about taking the kids in the summer hols.

My Dan is absolutely MAD on dinosaurs. I've lost count of the number of toy dinosaurs he's got, and it amazes me how many of the names he knows (each time he gets a new one he asks me what type it is, 'cos they normally have their name printed on their belly).

I wonderd whether it might be a bit "scary" for him though -what age were the kids there?

Cheers

Loads of kids there, from about three upwards.

Sensibly, they build up the 'scary' factor and it all starts off quite gently. Kids of a particularly nervous disposition could be overawed by the sheer scale of the venue and the loud music, however. Our Dan's not good in such situations - I think he suffers mild vertigo - but he was fine once the action started.

Cheers

I really fancied it (SECC) but forgot it was even on, was quite disappointed... They had them on Top Gear last weekend

Has someone been down south and keeping quiet about it   or is it all over the country.

My son and wife are going next week.
