Thank you for posting this video it was a fascinating watch, I was intrigued by the long handled chisels they tucked into their shoulder and used their body weight to help guide it. It also brought back fond memories of living in Kowloon as a child, I used to sit by a pavement window and look down into a guitar and violin workshop and watch all the men busily making the instruments.
