vapour barrier

hi all,
has anyone got any views on which type of vapour barrier to use, some are polythene others are spunbonded polypropylene there is quite a difference in price. i am building a new timber workshop and would be gratefull for any idears which is best for the job.

Hi Tim

I bought mine from Wickes and I don't know which type it was, but it was the same one that Andy King used in his build.

IIRC, it was about 12-14 gbp for a large green roll.
