Used Axminster Table Saw/ Record Extractor £400

If anyone is interested in buying an Axminster table saw, there is an advert in this months The Woodworker, which read as follows

Axminster Table 10 inch Saw

with sliding table. 3hp, manual included,
good condition, with Record dust extractor £400
01666 838080 (Wilts)

I have no idea if it is the AW10BSB2 (although it sounds like it), what condition it is in, or who the owner is. I just thought that I would pass on the information, just in case there is a member who is after one of these saws and who had not see the advert, might be interested.

By the way I would be interested to hear if anyone does view or buy this saw, because at £400 with an extractor it seems a good deal.
