Thanks, but unsure how it would work. Somebody must recognise it .... please!

Drill chuck goes onto open end of the spindle. Crude milling cutters are fitted on the other end, below the 'platform'. The handle is then used to pass the revolving cutter over a wood edge and the cutter forms a rebate or moulded edge.

Thanks, all resolved - not an attachment I'm needing or going to use besides I have no cutters for it.
