I have inherited a union Jubilee & loads of Assosciates equipment. However I do not have a manual for it. The bearings sound noisy & I need the info to obtain new ones & change them before I can learn to use it. Any ideas please??

Two of us refurbished one of these recently however the other bloke bought the bearings. If no one else can help you i'll ask him next time we meet. You may have to wait a few days :) Keep in touch if there is no other response. I do recall that one end needed a self aligning bearing so they cost somewhere between £50 and £80 for the pair even though he shopped carefully.

Many thanks for this. When you see him would you please ask if he has some form of instructions for the job.
Cheers Allan

When you take it apart the bearings will have the part number on them. It’s just a case of then finding a supplier. The bearings are probably imperial so they will be expensive. I would get bearings with 2RS on the end of the part number which stands for 2 rubber seals. You won’t need to bother greasing going forward.
