I've seen something similar in office supply shops (Staples for example) and art supply places but only about 300mm long.

Or there's this

I made a set of french cuve's years ago (about 5 times the normal size the largest one ended up about 3 foot 6 inch long) I got a standard plastic set, then used a copy camera to blow them up to get aceatate templates, cut the shape's out of hard board, clean up with block plane/spoke shave's/ sandpapeper block etc. Copy camera's are obsolete nowadays, but you could scan it into the computer and print off, use a photocopier, use a 5X squared up grid etc. I just recovered a strip of plastic off of a flatt pak wardrobe back, it is just perfect for doing curve's. Even with that elaborate American set I suspect you'd still have to be very careful not to alter them if you did more than one component the same shape. Might still be safer to make a master from hardboard or ply (laminate flooring works well also) and use that to do repeats.

Cheers Jonathan :D
