The two planes are the Record Rebate Plane and the Stanley Plane.
As you can see it is rusty, worse the sole was pitted.
So a trip to a friend with a Magnetic surface grinder.
This removed the rust and trued the sole up, sot it is a 90Degress to the sides.
A few coats of French polish.
The Rebate Plane only needed a clean and the handles polished.
The Sole was treated to a nice polish on the Surface Grinder.
All back together and a good wax.
