Thanks for the welcome, don't think there will be much for me to do, the majority around here seem quite civilized.
As long as folks know the difference between critique and criticism whatever the posting and don't start sniping at fellow members my hackles won't rise.
Regardless as to what happens with the forum structure or on other sections I look at this section as Turning Related, unless it's a quick heads up on a related posting elsewhere I personally will consider it unwanted and ask for it to be moved or just plain delete it.
If anyone snipes at a fellow member then I will snip, personal feelings and comments are for PM not open forum, just remember if what you Post or PM could cause you to regret it in a written letter then it's probably best not said, the forum is backed up every 2 hrs minimum and copies of posts remain on record for future reference should it be requested for legal reasons.
I will tell it straight If and why I have taken any action.
Having said the above good humored banter is good for the sole, try to choose wording accordingly so that it's obvious to most and I should get the message.
Whether I do it correctly for a while is another matter, still got a raft of forum Mod guides etc. to digest. :lol:
