Ts200 table saw blade

Just a quick one the saw takes a 200mm blade, does it matter if i put a 190mm blade on it? I've been given a brand new blade it's 190mm with 30mm bore! Thanks

No it wont make any difference apart from a slightly shallower depth of cut.

Hello,

It won't matter, unless it has a narrower kerf than your riving knife is set up for. Check just in case the 190 mm one is a narrow kerf one for a hand circular saw. I think your TS wants a 2.4 mm kerf, whilst narrow kerf blades can cover as little as 2 mm which will foul your Riving knife. It's worth investigating to be sure.
