One word to descrive the service offered by these people: Phenomenal!

I ordered a Triton MOF router on thursday afternoon as I needed it for a job on the weekend, the guy (I think his name is John, or maybe Mark) said they would get it out to me next day. However, the router-bit I ordered turned up but no router..

I phoned them up this morning, they said it was definitly sent out, but their courier 'Target' however have been nowhere to be seen. SO this is the amazing bit, the chap (John or Mark) actually got in his car and drove one over to me for this afternoon!

This is amazingly good service, and I would advise that if anyone wants new Triton gear, give them a call first as they are the dogs billhooks.

Oh, and the router is awesome! You should all buy one..

Been drooling over the big one for ages now as a replacement for my Ryobi601 in the table. Damn thing just refuses to die though :twisted:

Mark, if you want the Ryobi to die, do what Top Gear do and do one of the following:

- Throw it off a cliff with a medieval crossbow
- Fire it out of a cannon
- Drive over it with an industrial CAT digger.
- Pack it in nitroglycerine and poke it with a long stick.
- Route 50mm rebates in a block of marble
- Drop it into the black sea
- Burn it on a large bonfire

or failing that

- sell it on ebay

Like you Byronblack i have the Triton MOF router and all i can say is "What a machine"

But unlike you I got mine at the Triton stand at the last D+M tool show. It was a good price and they even gave me a outfeed stand thing free as well
