Check the e mail you had and look at who sent it as I did the same recently and it was sent as an e mail and did not come up as a PM and I did a direct reply through my e mail account

Thanks dalboy. That's what Spence and I ended up doing. Hopefully, Charley or whoever does the site admin. will sort out the pm glitch soon.

Just to clarify and in case you were using a tablet or phone that doesn't have the mouse hover text ...

The envelope is the PM function and the speech bubble is the email. I have informed Charley and hopefully he can swap them around to make more sense.

and it was this that didn't seem to work.
