I havn't added much to this forum but I have enjoyed following many of the discussions. I hope I put this in the right room.
Yep, this is a gloat. I just put this together today.

The saw came well packed in a large box. Out of the box, the peices were easily identifiable and the instructions were faily easy to understand. Things went together well with a minimum of fuss and adjustment. In fact the hardest part was putting together the stand. I havn't done any real cutting yet but I'll let you know more when I get going.

I was looking at a number of saws. They all had good points but I had resevations. I wanted to make sure that I had a saw to be happy with but not one that would be more saw that I needed.

There are a number of features on the saw that I liked such as the sliding miter table. The smaller foot print combined with a larger, expandable work top was also a selling point. If this saw lasts me near as long as my old entry level delta, I will be more than happy: especially considering the amount of wood that the old saw cut.

I had a Ryobi TS saw that I bought while living in Canada and it gave me years of good service, some else on the forum now has charge of it.

Not sure if you are aware but you can get an outfeed table that fits to the back rail and folds down, I found this a very useful addition.

Have lot of fun with the new toy, good gloat.
