I'm having a bit of a tool rationalisation and have a number of items for sale. All are used, but well cared for and most have the original boxes.

Lie-Nielsen 212 Bronze scraper - current retail £139.98, yours for £100
Lie-Nielsen Large shoulder plane - current retail £199.96, yours for £140
Lie-Nielsen Small shoulder plane - current retail £131.97, yours for £100 (this plane has never been used, it was only removed from the packaging for inspection at LN, as it was sent to me as a replacement for a previous one with a slight flaw)
Veritas Bullnose plane - current retail £164.38, yours for £110
Lie-Nielsen leather case for carcase saw - current retail £21.88, yours for £10
Lie-Nielsen leather case for dovetail saw - current retail £17.40, yours for £10
Lie-Nielsen 19mm socket chisel with long paring handle - current retail £43.99, yours for £30

Postage to be added to these prices at cost (Royal Mail) or you can collect if it suits.
PM me on any items you are interested in - first come, first served. I can e-mail photos to anyone who wants them.

Thanks for looking

Cheers, Ed

Not really no, just seeking to finance a deeper free-fall down the slope I think. :D

UPDATE;

Large shoulder plane, LN saw cases and LN chisel all sold.

Cheers, Ed

I didn't think it was possible to go back up, seems to be some kind of ratchet mechanism in place.

My latest evidence of slope descent arrived this week

So come on Ed - what are u buying????

I don't know really, I'm just clearing out some things that I don't use very often. As you develop the type of work you do and build your tool collection, over time your views change about the tools you need. What is certain is that I will re-invest the money in hand tools at some point :D .

More importantly, someone must want a bullnose plane?

Cheers, Ed

Tempted = yes. Can I afford it? Erm, No... :(
I really should buy a shoulder plane first, ready for when I start making tenons (but can't afford one of those either) :(
